Notice all the open space north and west of the project? Two more projects are coming on that are both rumored to be in the 500 acre range under development. If the Applicant's project "Harmony" has 682 acres of land suitable for development and 3,632 units for approximately 12,500 people, what will this area look like with the two additional projects coming down the pipeline, and another 10,000-20,000 people on their heels?
